Keeper Rules-

You will be able to keep at total of 4 players.

2 unrestricted keepers that will take the place of your first two draft picks.
2 player that were drafted in the 6th round or later. These two players will be kept in the same round you drafted them the previous season.These players may only be eligible as "Value Keepers" for two drafts, and then they will go into the "Unrestricted Keeper" Pool.

Scoring:

Traditional .5 PPR Scoring Rules with the following changes:

QB Scoring: +.5 for a completion, -.5 for an incompletion

Kickers: +1 for making the kick, plus points for yardage (Like a PPR for Receivers)

Free Agency:

Waiver wire with a Free Agent Budget

Any other rules will be traditional ESPN rules unless noted.

Arbitration Committee:

For all rules and trade disputes, you will be eligible to appeal to the rules committee. This committee will be made up of 3 random owners each year. We will also have two "Alternate" members if two of the owners in the committee are involved in the dispute.

Trade Timeline and approval:
Because of the Thursday night game, it has caused issues in timing for the weeks. All trades will follow the normal timeline of ESPN, unless the teams involved ask to push the trade through asap. Once they do that, the trade will go to the arbitration committee. The trade can then be pushed through immediately if it is approved by the committee. If the trade is not approved by the committee it will follow the regular ESPN rules set forth in the league. The trade may still go through based on votes by all owners. If the rules by ESPN and this post can't resolve the situation, The commissioner will declare marshall law and make the final decision.

Arbitration Committee Selection:
For this season, the owners with the 10,11,12 pick in the draft will be on the selection committee. The Owners with the 8,9 pick will be alternate 1 (8) and alternate 2 (9) respectively.

*** In the unlikely event that two players make a trade, and they are playing 2 other players in the arbitration committee or alternates, The commissioner will pick a third random owner to serve as the 3rd vote.(Example Committee would be: Original Committee member, Commissioner, At-Large Owner)
